| Frank is knowledgeable and interested in promoting outstanding healthcare in the community. He had open-heart surgery at TCMC in 2003, participated in the Cardiac Wellness Program, and attributes his surgeon, Dr. Theodore Folkerth, Chief of Staff at TCMC, for saving his life.
“I have served on many Boards over the last 20 years,” said Frank. “I have a high regard for the Foundation’s way of helping provide essential health services and am pleased to renew my relationship with the Foundation and the Board.” Frank and his wife Claudia are long-time residents of Vista and have two adult children. |
